Emyr Pierce | Managing Director
Emyr Pierce, an experienced lawyer in Commercial and Residential Property, and formerly Managing Partner of the oldest legal practice in Cardiff, established Emyr Pierce Solicitors in May 2002. The firm has developed rapidly from within, ensuring that Emyr Pierce’s established work ethic is shared by his vibrant and personable team.
Rebecca joined the company in January 2003 whilst she was still an undergraduate. After studying Law at Cardiff University, Rebecca gained an LLB and then went on to complete the LPC in 2005. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007, and whilst not in work enjoys socialising with friends.
Jane joined the company in September 2003 as Legal Secretary. She gained certificates in Economics and Business Studies at Trowbridge College of Further Education. Jane has previously worked at the Inland Revenue for 23 years as a Typist and was then promoted to Personal Secretary to various Tax Inspectors. She enjoys keeping fit, listening to music and socialising.
Karen joined the company in February 2007 as a Receptionist/Administrator. She was promoted to Conveyancing Assistant in 2015. Her previous employment involved working for a firm of Surveyors for approximately 6 years and prior to that, she was an Estate Agent on North Road, Cardiff. Karen enjoys travelling and meeting new people.
Lauren joined the company in March 2010 as a Probate Paralegal. She studied Law at Cardiff University, and in 2007 gained an LLB. Lauren then went on to complete the LPC at Cardiff University in 2008. Lauren qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. She enjoys socialising, eating out and attending food festivals.
Oliver joined the firm in February 2019 as a Chartered Legal Executive. He specialises in Property Law and works within the Residential Conveyancing Department and also assisting Emyr with Commercial Property. He previously worked at another Cardiff conveyancing firm for a period of 6 years. Oliver is a keen football fan and spends his spare time as a loyal fan of Cardiff City FC where he holds a season ticket.
Lisa joined the firm in 2005 as an Accounts Assistant before becoming Accounts Manager in 2008. Lisa has worked in law firms since she left school, working her way up from Office Junior/Receptionist, securing a position with another law firm in Cardiff in the Accounts Department before joining the firm in 2005. Lisa spends her leisure time bringing up her young children and enjoys swimming.
Louise joined the company in August 2015 as a Receptionist. Her previous employment consisted of working as an Administrator in another firm of Solicitors and a Travel Company for a period of 12 years. Louise likes going to the theatre.
